Shiojiri Wine History
Speaking of "Chokigangahara" in Shiojiri City, it is known by wine enthusiasts of the world as a fine wine of wine. The reason for this was the Château Mercian Shinshu-Koshikigahara Merlot 1985 at the world-renowned "Lubriana International Wine Competition" held in Slovenia about 30 years ago in 1989 (Heisei 21). In addition, the "1986" also starts with the award for two consecutive years.
